SeeYou User Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the application registration process or using any services provided by the platform, you voluntarily acknowledge and agree to be bound by all provisions of this User Service Agreement and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility for Use

All services of this application are exclusively available to users aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible to use any services on this platform.

3. User Code of Conduct

When utilizing all functions and services of the SeeYou platform, users shall abide by all compliance requirements and shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Publish, disseminate or share content that violates laws and regulations, or contains violent, pornographic, obscene materials or content infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
  2. Impersonate other individuals or institutions, or submit false and inaccurate personal information and materials;
  3. Maliciously exploit platform functions and service mechanisms to harass others, commit online fraud or conduct other illegal and irregular acts;
  4. Violate local applicable laws, regulations and all publicly announced platform management rules.

4. Paid Subscription and In-App Purchase Rules

  1. Certain premium features and value-added services of this application are only accessible after paid subscription;
  2. Automatic renewal is enabled by default for all paid subscription services. Subscriptions will be renewed automatically prior to expiration. Users who wish to cancel automatic renewal shall complete the cancellation procedure at least 24 hours before the subscription expires;
  3. All in-app payments and subscription transactions are processed officially via Google Play. The platform does not collect or store users’ payment account information or transaction data;
  4. Users may manage, modify or cancel their subscriptions independently through their own Google Play account backend.
  5. In addition to subscription services, the platform also offers exclusive one-click connection functions via in-app purchases. After completing purchases, users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited, non-transferable personal license valid globally. Such license is only for using virtual titles, diamonds and other virtual props within this platform.

Users may check virtual prop balances in personal profile settings. Such balances only represent authorized usage quotas, hold no monetary storage value and are not equivalent to real currency assets.

The platform reserves the right to revoke the above usage licenses in cases of account cancellation or suspension in accordance with this Agreement.

All purchased virtual props are non-refundable under any circumstances. The platform shall not be liable for any refunds or compensations in any form.

The platform further reserves full rights to adjust, delist, regulate, manage and revise the pricing of all virtual props at any time.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All intellectual property rights including but not limited to interface designs, texts, visual materials, trademarks and relevant technical achievements within this application are exclusively owned by the SeeYou platform;
  2. Users retain intellectual property rights to all original content posted and uploaded on the platform. Meanwhile, users grant the platform legitimate right to use such content for operational display and service-related purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. SeeYou solely provides basic interactive functions as an online social platform. The platform assumes no legal liability for communications, interactions, offline encounters and any disputes or losses arising therefrom between platform users;
  2. Users shall take full responsibility for protecting their personal information and properly safeguard their private data. All risks and consequences resulting from users’ negligence or voluntary offline behaviors shall be borne solely by users, and shall not be attributable to the platform.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

If users violate this agreement, submit false information or engage in illegal or irregular behaviors, the platform reserves the right to suspend user account access privileges or permanently terminate account services based on the severity of violations.

8. Minor Protection and Compliance Regulations

  1. This application strictly prohibits providing any services to minors under 18 years old and fully complies with relevant national minor network protection regulations;
  2. The platform strictly abides by the Children’s Safety Standards issued by Google.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The formation, validity, performance and dispute resolution of this User Service Agreement shall be governed by the prevailing laws and regulations of the region where this application is released.
